Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Verality Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- Items must be unworn and unused.

- All original tags must be attached.

- Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

- Items should be returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange for another available size of the same item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size or preference-related exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, boxers, underwear, and other intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale or clearance items may also be final sale when clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

If approved, Verality Luxe will provide instructions for returning the item and may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
